Quick Response Interdimensional Paleontologist
A downloadable game
Travel to other dimensions and search for fossils in the shapes found in QR-codes.
Play as fantasy, sci-fi, steampunk-ish, 1980's, Lovecraftian or 1970's British Folk Horror.
This game is inspired by "A perfect rock" by Deep Dark Games
This is my second game and I wanted to make something that uses a proper die.
I also wanted it to be genre-agnostic, so you can play it as fantasy, sci-fi, steampunk-ish, 1980's, Lovecraftian or 1970's British Folk Horror.
Well, in theory at least.
It could do with some graphics but I felt it would dictate the mood too much. (The typeface does that too, to be fair. )

What an amazing concept! A very fresh idea, and I really like that you can adjust it to any setting you like. QR code-haruspex is my choice :)
And also, the design is outstanding – very stylish. Keep up the great work!
Thank you, that's kind of you!
Glad you like it.
I ran out of time, but would have liked to make an absurdist version too. Might still do it.
Had to look up Haruspex – that would be a great take on it! If you make this, let me know, I'd love to see it.
I'm guessing the fortune-telling mechanichs have to be quite detailed.
